The Anger Management Centre of Toronto, Inc. was founded in 2000 by Latchman Narain, Ph.D (see below) in an effort to address the dire need for mental health services in the Markham-Scarborough community. Since its inception, the Centre has experienced rapid growth and has extended its services into the North York region.
Most clients have reported that they have benefited immensely from the Centre’s counselling services which integrate both Eastern and Western treatment approaches (see below). This has been particularly true for those who experience challenges with excessive anger and its negative side effects, both short and long term. The Centre is considered by many as the pre-eminent provider of anger management counselling services in the Toronto area.
